Richard's career began in agriculture from where he branched out into building a successful farm food wholesale business. He masterminded and led the first farmer's rebellion in the UK.

Quickly realising you can't take on the government and win, he then diversified into retailing. His first shop in Tunbridge Wells was opened by a Jersey cow! From foods he again diversified into detergents, and was responsible for employing some 2000 people.

This led to selling and marketing opportunities in the Middle East, where his products included steel, cement, Yugoslavian lamb and electronic equipment. With all this vast experience he was continually being asked to speak and advise others, and this led to the Richard Denny Group being formed.It is recognised at the forefront of business training, selling, leadership and management, customer care and business growth.

Richard has authored and presented over 30 training videos. He is the author and presenter of three audio albums. His five books - Selling to Win, Succeed for Yourself, Motivational Management, Speak for Yourself and Communicate to Win - are international bestsellers. Selling to Win has become required reading for anybody who aspires to becoming a sales professional and this book is probably the world's best seller on this subject.

Richard is the creator and founder of the British Professional Sales Diploma and the British Leadership & Management Diploma. He is also Chairman of a telecommunications company in the UK and a broadcaster as well as a writer. His presentations are liberally illustrated with anecdotes, people stories and of course that delightful Denny humour. Richard has the uncanny ability to delight any audience, probably because he talks common sense and has the knack of being a brilliant communicator.Apart from his experience as a keynote speaker he also acts as a conference chairman and facilitator.

Whether it's delivering a rousing 'send-off' for delegates at the Annual Sales Conference of a multinational company, or sharing innovative, practical, business-winning ideas with the members of a local Chamber of Commerce, Richard Denny leaves delegates and guests more motivated, enthused and equipped with more power.
